Privacy

Confidentiality is the product.

A security advisory that handles your information carelessly would not be much of an advisory.

Information we collect

We collect only what you send us: the name, email address and context you provide when you contact us, plus information shared during an engagement. Our website does not require an account. Security Snapshot responses are transmitted only when you choose to submit them.

How we use it

We use Security Snapshot responses to understand your organization's situation, determine the most useful next step and respond where appropriate. We never sell Snapshot responses and never use them for advertising. Enquiry details are used to respond to you and to scope potential work. Engagement materials are used solely to deliver the advisory work you have asked for.

Confidentiality

Client information, assessment findings and documentation are treated as confidential. We do not publish client names, findings or materials without written permission.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We resell no hardware, software or licences and take no vendor commissions, so we have no commercial reason to pass your details to third parties.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is retained only as long as it is useful for the conversation. Engagement records are retained for the period agreed in the engagement terms and then securely disposed of.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing contact@spy-guards.com.

SpyGuards provides cybersecurity leadership and advisory services. We do not provide managed IT, monitoring, penetration testing or compliance certification, and we do not guarantee that no security weakness exists. Statements are labelled Verified, Reported or Unknown based on the evidence available during the engagement.
